Brad Isbell, P.E.
Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of experience in consulting, engineering, and project management, Brad Isbell provides strategic leadership and oversight for complex, multi-discipline projects. As Principal In Charge at EIKON, he ensures seamless coordination among sub-consultant teams and diverse stakeholders, prioritizing client satisfaction and project success. Brad is committed to understanding client needs and expectations, allocating firm resources effectively, and maintaining corporate oversight to deliver high-quality results.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. With more than two decades at EIKON, Brad continues to drive excellence in project execution and client service.

David K. Isbell, P.E.
Chief Operating Officer
With over 55 years of experience in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, David K. Isbell, P.E., is a highly respected industry leader. A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he also holds an exemption from the Texas Board of Architects, allowing him to practice architecture in the state. David founded Isbell Engineering Group in 1977, and EIKON Consulting Group in 2012, dedicating his career to delivering innovative engineering solutions.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis), he is a Life Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has published multiple technical papers. Beyond his professional achievements, he is actively involved in his community as an elder at Cross Timbers Church, a past board member for Habitat for Humanity of Denton County, and the founder of Bootstrap Ministries, Inc.

Justin Davidson, S.E.
VP of Structural
Justin brings over 20 years of structural engineering design experience, specializing in buildings and structures made of steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and cold-form metal framing. He has designed municipal, commercial, residential, industrial, and educational facilities. His expertise includes creating detailed designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates, reviewing construction documents for code compliance and coordination with other disciplines, and conducting field investigations and construction observations for new and renovated facilities.

With over nine years at EIKON, Morgan is the driving force behind seamless project coordination and client engagement. She ensures that meetings, site visits, and pre-construction planning run smoothly, keeping projects on track and clients informed. Her experience in the industry and expertise in planning, combined with a background in telecommunications management, makes her a natural at fostering strong communication between teams. Whether in the office or on-site, Morgan is committed to delivering organization, efficiency, and top-tier support to every project.

Matt Lumpkin
Senior Architectural Designer and Project Manager
Matt Lumpkin has over 32 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and production. His experience in public and private work has led him to focus on functional design that meets the needs of the client now and in the future. He is dedicated to a team effort both with the client and other team members to produce quality design and function. Matt graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 and spent his first 25 years working in a small family firm in Oklahoma before starting to work for Isbell Engineering Consultants.

Senior Architectural Designer and Project Manager
Katie brings 10 years of experience in BIM Management, Drafting, Design and Project Management. Katie brings a deep expertise in public safety facilities, with a specialized focus on fire stations. She understands the operational needs, functionality, and long-term durability required for these critical facilities. Her background also includes serving as a BIM Manager, giving a strong technical foundation in coordinated design, digital workflows, and project delivery efficiency. She is known for being detail- oriented, committed to customer service, and proactive in providing leadership that keeps complex projects on track and within budget.
