EIKON Consulting Group was honored to be a part of the Gainesville Area Visual Arts 2017 Fall Show.

EIKON’s Principal Design Architect Jim Wilson awarded the EIKON Award for Spectacular Art to Paul Walsh for his painting titled “Two Lemons.”

The Born to be Wild show featured a variety of pieces by talented, local artists. The artwork was displayed in the Historic Santa Fe Depot in Gainesville, Texas September 1st-10th. The artist reception was September 1st. Jim Wilson attended the reception for EIKON and selected the winning piece of spectacular art.

Beyond being an excellent architect, Jim Wilson is also a talented artist. His two- and three-dimensional art has been displayed at several exhibitions. In addition, several pictures of his work and process are featured online: Jim’s website and Instagram.

EIKON is proud to be associated with Jim Wilson and also with local artist communities and organizations, such as the Gainesville Area Visual Arts (GAVA). GAVA promotes the visual arts among the Gainesville and Cooke County communities. The group also raises funds for annual art scholarships. These scholarships go to local graduating seniors who want to pursue visual arts as a career.
