The Bank of the West’s three-story, 36,000 square-foot facility includes a main lobby, customer service, teller space, open administrative space, private offices, vault storage, and numerous supporting functions.

The building was designed with load-bearing CMU framing, composite floor design and rests on an elevated two-way, flat-plate foundation. As part of the design, EIKON utilized RAM Structural System to create a 3D model of the entire building and design the moment frames and gravity members. The reinforcement was designed for temperature, shrinkage and composite action. In addition to the bank, EIKON designed a self-supporting drive-thru canopy that consisted of steel bar joist and steel beams moment connected to hollow steel section columns. The bank design also incorporated numerous state-of-the-art security features.
