Employee Spotlight: Jim Wilson

“I was born in the back seat of a station wagon in the Philippines. Later, my parents moved back to my dad’s hometown of McKinney where I was raised. I love art, architecture, cooking, and being outside!”

Jim Wilson is an architect because he loves DESIGN. He loves the process, the people, and the results.

Jim Wilson earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master of Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He is an expert at innovation and has been part of the EIKON team since June 2014.

Most interesting experience: living for a month in a cave on the south side of the island of Crete in Greece.

He has participated in many boards and organizations in his life, and he has enjoyed being a part of them all. He is currently on the Harvard Real Estate Advisory Board and the University of North Texas College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Advisory Board. Both keep him involved with higher education and keep him in contact with some very diverse and interesting people.
