This new 32,000 SF facility is located on five acres in the Canyon Falls master-planned development. The building accommodates Juvenile Probation, County Clerk, Tax Office, Constable, Justice of the Peace, Adult Probation, remote video visitation center, DPS, Commissioner’s suite, and support spaces. The facility’s exterior material palette consists of heavy timber elements with cultured stone veneer and a standing seam roof. The project has attained LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certification. LEED-certified buildings are resource efficient, which means they are healthier, more productive places, reducing stress on the environment by encouraging energy-efficient buildings, and savings from increased building value and decreased utility costs.
