This project included design and construction documents for a 110,000 SF mixed-use retail center located near the intersection of Marsha Sharp Freeway and Milwaukee Avenue in Lubbock, Texas.

The one-story building includes business, mercantile, medical, entertainment, and food service cafe spaces. The Esplanade outdoor area is designed with themed, wood, open-air trellis elements, water features, and specialty lighting.

A subtly Spanish-themed arcade and three entry/clock towers connect the two buildings of this center. The single-story facility exaggerates the vertical scale of the overall building to create a hierarchy of the towers and the continuous, generously-sized arcade.

EIKON also provided the finish documents for the built-out of a 30,000 SF state-of-the-art Altitude Trampoline Park space. The  trampoline park incorporates 22,000 SF of trampoline-type activity with an elevated deck area. It also includes 8,000 SF of support spaces, including offices, concessions, flex party rooms, restrooms, and a mezzanine.
