With over 30 years of experience in commercial construction, Cary Schmoldt is a seasoned industry leader specializing in project management, design-build, budgeting, and contract negotiation. As the President of Schmoldt Construction for more than two decades, he has successfully overseen 200+ projects across public, private, and retail sectors, managing budgets averaging $25 million annually.

Licensed in multiple states and with extensive expertise in Owner’s Representation, Cary has provided leadership on large-scale projects, including a $23 million fire station in Buda, TX. His hands-on approach ensures seamless coordination between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. A former Airborne Medic in the U.S. Army and Colorado National Guard, Cary brings discipline, precision, and a results-driven mindset to every project.
