James Beers, AIA, NCARB, RA

James has 25 years of experience in architecture and executive leadership. He has extensive experience in high level multi-disciplined project management approaches and activities ranging from budgeting and feasibility, to planning and zoning entitlement, to programming and design, to full and comprehensive construction management, to project fulfillment, for a broad range of projects types with values of $1M to $115M.

As the former owner of a full-service architectural design/build development firm, James was responsible for the multi-disciplined operational structure. He managed, client and investor relations, guided sales, business development and marketing, directed due-diligence and feasibility studies, performed integrated project budgeting throughout a projects life cycle through bid selection, prepared sworn statement for funding, and capital distribution. He will use this wealth of experience and knowledge to implement and uphold the quality standards on this project.
